His career in foodservice began as a commissioned sales representative for Kraft Foodservice. Struggling to find a way to differentiate himself from the more experienced competition, Jim leveraged the nascent technology of on-line inventory reservation to build a value proposition around exceptional service, ensuring on-time delivery of the right product, at the right price. It worked.
He brought this passion for technology to Distribution Market Advantage (DMA), a $5 billion distributor cooperative, where he was responsible for all customer-facing solutions including order entry, reporting & analytics, and back-office integrations.
Jim is our lead for technology and business process.
